Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter with sugars until combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla. Mix until smooth and glossy.
- Fold in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into pan and smooth top.
- Bake 25–30 minutes, until edges are set and center is slightly fudgy.
- Cool completely before slicing.

- Do not overbake for fudgy texture.
