Method
- Combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, sweetener, vanilla, and salt in a jar.
- Stir well until fully mixed.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Stir before serving and add toppings of choice.
Notes
- Adjust milk for preferred thickness.
- Store in fridge up to 4 days.
- Add fresh fruit just before serving.
- Microwave 30–60 seconds if you prefer warm oats.
