Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt optional
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 –2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, sweetener, vanilla, and salt in a jar.
  2. Stir well until fully mixed.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Stir before serving and add toppings of choice.

Notes

  • Adjust milk for preferred thickness.
  • Store in fridge up to 4 days.
