Ingredients
  

  • 20 button mushrooms
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • Salt & pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove mushroom stems.
  3. Mix cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill mushrooms and bake 20 minutes.
