Ingredients
  

  • 12 large eggs
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder optional

  • Smoked paprika
  • Fresh chives
  • Chopped parsley
  • Bacon bits
  • Pickle relish

Method
 

  1. Hard-boil the eggs and cool them in an ice bath.
  2. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and mash them until smooth.
  4. Mix in the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and seasonings.
  5. Spoon or pipe the filling into the egg white halves.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish as desired.
  7. Chill until ready to serve.
