Ingredients
  

Eggs
  • 6 large eggs
Filling
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar or lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper
Garnish
  • Paprika
  • Chopped chives
  • Parsley
  • Bacon bits optional

Method
 

  1. Hard-boil the eggs and cool them in an ice bath.
  2. Peel and slice the eggs in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and mash them until smooth.
  4. Mix the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spoon or pipe the filling into the egg whites.
  6. Garnish with paprika and fresh herbs.
  7. Chill for 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
