Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 10 egg yolks
  • 1 14 oz condensed milk
  • 1 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Melt sugar until golden and pour into molds. Let harden.
  2. Mix egg yolks, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla.
  3. Strain mixture and pour into molds.
  4. Cover with foil and steam 30–40 minutes.
  5. Cool completely, refrigerate for 4 hours, then invert to serve.
