Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chopped spinach fresh or thawed frozen
  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo until smooth.
  3. Stir in spinach, artichokes, garlic, cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer to baking dish and bake 20 minutes until bubbly.
  5. Serve warm.
