Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional

Method
 

  1. Add almond milk to the blender.
  2. Add spinach, banana, pineapple, mango, yogurt, chia seeds, and honey.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Adjust consistency with more milk if needed.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
