Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. Melt the butter in the same skillet and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
