No-Bake Energy Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup nut butter
  • cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 –4 tbsp mix-ins your choice
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: cinnamon vanilla, cocoa

Method
 

  1. Combine oats, nut butter, and honey in a bowl.
  2. Stir in add-ins of choice.
  3. Scoop and roll into balls.
  4. Chill 20–30 min to firm up.
  5. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
