Method
- Cook seasoned chicken in olive oil until golden and done. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté garlic in the same pan.
- Add broth, cream, pasta, and sun-dried tomatoes. Simmer 10–12 minutes.
- Return chicken and add spinach. Cook until wilted.
- Stir in Parmesan until creamy. Adjust seasoning and serve.
Notes
- Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Add milk if sauce becomes too thick.
- Best enjoyed fresh but keeps 3 days refrigerated.
