Ingredients
  

  • For the Chicken:
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • For the Wraps:
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup sliced cucumbers
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • ¼ red onion thinly sliced
  • For the Sauce:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with spices.
  2. Cook in skillet with olive oil for 5–7 minutes per side.
  3. Let rest, then slice into strips.
  4. Mix sauce ingredients.
  5. Spread sauce on tortilla.
  6. Add chicken and toppings.
  7. Fold and roll tightly.
  8. Slice and serve.

Notes

  • Warm tortillas before rolling.
  • Add hot sauce for extra spice.
  • Store components separately for meal prep.
